Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow:

• 1-2 business days for order processing
• 4-7 business days for standard shipping delivery

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

• Where do you ship?
  We currently ship anywhere within the U.S., including U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future!
• Where do orders ship from?
  Most online orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Charleston, SC.

Tracking & Delivery

• Where can I find my tracking number?
  When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@holycitymatcha.com.
• What if my order says ‘Delivered’ but I didn’t receive it?
  Sometimes, orders are marked as “delivered” before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 48 hours. If your package hasn’t arrived after that time, reach out to us at info@holycitymatcha.com.

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. However, you can edit your shipping address before placing an order by updating your account details.

Return & Refund Policy

We proudly offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of your order’s shipping date, and we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement bag of tea.

To qualify for a full refund:

• The tea must remain unopened.
• You must contact Holy City Matcha LLC before returning any items.
